Our Purpose
Our purpose is, and has always been, to facilitate research in ex-Ottoman territories. This part of the world, which has very complete archival collections, is often overlooked in genealogical spheres. Whether Greece, Turkey, the rest of the Balkans or the Levant, the story remains the same.
Since the 1980s, Edgar Ziadeh has been collecting records from all ends of the Ottoman Empire to make this project possible. Today, we are a team of 4 working on bringing your ancestry back to light!
